| I had my ECU on my talon mess up.. I needed a new capacitor put in on the fuel pump signal. It caused all kinds of weird stuff. It was because capacitor leaked onto the main board. However, I would start simple and swap the FP relay or tap it etc. to see if it will shut it off. It is possible that the magnetic switch has been stuck on the "ground" position.. completing the circuit.
